Starbucks - Frankfort

They have always been me go to store! I’d drive out of the way to go to this one! The people are amazing and friendly! Always go out of their way to say hello to me! My coffee and food is always ready!!

We ordered 2 drinks and 2 wraps, got the wraps quickly but after 35 minutes of not seeing the drinks we left

This team in Frankfort is super impressive ? service is always prompt ? the employees work hard and quick to make sure the order is to your liking. I have never had an issue with inaccuracies or poor quality. Any time I asked for any adjustments, the barista's have been great at making my accommodations. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, so take a few seconds to say something nice or ask a question. ??? ??? ? ??

The employees here are not trained by Starbucks corporation standards. If you can order a drink extra hot at every other Starbucks AND ON THE APP. I know it's possible. Now I have a cold tea for $5 ?

It was comical to watch the employees make drinks for people that weren’t there and even announce the names of those people. I was the only one there and had to wait through 10 minutes of that nonsense to get a simple coffee.
