Graviss McDonald's Restaurants

Great food. They try to get you through the line quickly. But if it is on Sunday noon, it takes some time to get through the line. The orders are always correct. No complaints except that it was busy.

Today at lunch my children were happy meals. A bus went right behind us. The employees were weakened by them and the ride thru, and the bus participants got pretty bad on them. Then the lobby and almost every person who came in was super rude for the staff. I feel bad for every single person who works there to talk like this should be unacceptable about a Hamburger/coffee. I wait patiently until the lobby was free and my children ate, then I informed them that I was missing my coffee and they immediately got it for me, even a bigger size. I am as disgusting as the other customers were there, each of them should be forced to cook for themselves for the rest of their lives.

A relatively fast position with consistent food quality. It seems to run smoothly from a drive thru customer perspective. 5 stars when they smile when they take your money (customer service basics), but I never had anyone rude here.

Kudos as someone moved the cup dispenser back to the registers. No more waiting for them to take four steps to and fro to retrieve one. Good show!

If I could do less than one star I would. This morning I made an impromptu stop at this location and purchased 2 sausage burritos with hot sauce.
