Fusion - Frankfort

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! We were warmly greeted at the door by the owner and her mother, Cheri. The blueberry mojito was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed our meal as a happy family. Our waitress, Tina, was excellent and provided great service. The restaurant is a wonderful place to dine, especially with a terrace overlooking the marina and bay.

We had to wait a little, but that's what happens at the moment. the personal was friendly and the eating was amazing. she pours heart and soul in her restaurant and it shows. obviously new staff to teach hard to work with her passion and it shows. it was a perfect night in an imperfect world. the patio overlooking the harbour was happy in our summer night.

This restaurant was the worst that I had to write a review. first: the service was terrible. we had to wait 54 minutes (my sister set a timer) before our food came. the server never came back to check us out. she also didn't tell us that the suppenaries don't come with her escape. the dripping soup is the only free one that can come when they pick it up with their escape. second: eating was not good. the winksuppe was terrible. the victor was usually diligent and there is hardly any flesh. the picture below was what I got as my entrée. I just took one bite and I didn't eat the rest. the ribs were not tender. the broth was disgusting. third: this restaurant is not authentic. the restaurant has no employees of the asiates, and my sister could see who was cooked in the kitchen every time they would open the door and there were no Asian cooks. eating is not authentic. it is very American. fourth: the price. our bill came to $67. our food was not worth $67. I was so upset that they're getting away with it because so many tourists come up. I hope the owner will take care of more now, because more tourists write bad reviews.

Yesterday afternoon, we attempted to dine at this restaurant. The owner greeted us warmly, but informed us that there were no seats available on the deck due to personalization (which was not a big deal). However, within 10 minutes, a couple and a group of three were seated on the deck. We received menus and water promptly, but noticed that the groups on the deck were served water, drinks, and had their orders taken before us. After waiting for about 25 minutes, we decided to leave as it seemed we had been overlooked. This is not something I usually do, but the situation was just too ridiculous, especially considering the restaurant was not busy. Perhaps they need to improve their attention to all customers, not just a select few.

My dining companion and I visited the restaurant on a Sunday at 1:00 p.m. We were promptly welcomed and seated on the enclosed patio by a warm and friendly hostess. Despite the slow service, as the restaurant was not very busy, our lunch was beautifully presented, hot, and delectable. We couldn't help but notice the hostess was proactive and diligent in ensuring quick service for all guests. The prices were very affordable. We will certainly return in the future!
