Przekaż informację zwrotnąOn the other day before dinner. three employees work hard, but they couldn't get up with the drive-thru and few counter jobs. our burgers were not hot and we waited a long time as we were one of two families in which we eat. it seemed as if a manager was sitting on a table trying to meet the already busy employees. it took forever for our ice order, because the poor guy always interrupted with other kitchen / customers business. floors and stands all needed a wipe. serviette dispenser empty. we went back tonight to buy only pumpkin cake concrete, and they told us they weren't available because the cake was frozen? what? also a plush wait on the drive thru, just to say that they weren't the only thing we wanted.
The first time here and it was fantastic. The food is much better than I expected for this kind of restaurant. The price is very favorable for the location and the product. It's pretty clean inside and out. The manager was very friendly. Great experience everywhere.
I went with my niece and nephew yesterday and the manager Gwen made the day so special for us. I took her there last night to cheat her, she didn't know, but her attention really brightened her day.
I was there on Monday 8. August at 12:45 maybe 1pm it took a little to get my food, but it was hot and the same woman who greeted me apologized for waiting and I told her I saw her?s short staff, but they were coughing back. The food was delicious on the way fries hot Burger hot Custard beautiful and creamy. But I did whiteness a very ignorant guest who requested a refund, he said refund and was said to have a good day. He continued to try to illuminate this woman and as an adult he should be harmed by himself. I guess that Freddy? That's the only one I'm going now. I don't know her name, but I just want to thank you for your service and not let an ignorant person ruin your smile.
This was our first visit to any Freddy?s back on July 10 and upon arrival I was discussing the menu with my young daughter and someone who I thought was a patron eating dinner with her family chimed in to assist with the menu and tell me all the kids menu options and go over everything including things to do in the area as we?re from Northwest IN. Come to find out this was the Assistant Manager Gwen who had just clocked out for the day. I warned her we had a very large party arriving and it was all our first time. Gwen not only hopped back up to assist her crew, she did so happily and eagerly. She helped everyone out patiently and with a smile giving us recommendations. She even made the atmosphere more energetic handing out balloons to the kiddos and made the birthday boy?s day with a whipped cream surprise. What manager goes above and beyond like this AFTER CLOCKING OUT, with a smile, with a LARGE party? Typically we?d get eyes rolled at us as we enjoy being together as a family but suffer through rude staffing at other places. Everyone should take a lesson in customer service from Gwen. Give her a raise and promotion. She should be heading up HR. Truly. Such a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again! Also this burger was delicious and IMO beats culvers steak and shake and even my favorite schoops!! That says a lot!
