A Papano's Pizza - Frankfort

The restaurant has a small dining area that can accommodate up to 20 people. It is recommended to park further down the street or use the public lot during peak hours. The service was good and we ordered a takeout dinner, which cost around $20-30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a 4 out of 5. Finding parking can be somewhat difficult, but there are free options available like a parking lot and street parking.

The pizza at this restaurant is usually really great, but this time it was dry and had not enough toppings, which made me a bit disappointed. However, it is still a good place to get pizza. I would rate the food at 3, the service at 4, and the atmosphere at 4.

We drove for 3 hours to try their vegetarian pizza and it was completely worth it! They load it up with a variety of toppings. This is hands-down the best veggie pizza we've ever tasted. The service was excellent, and we opted for takeout for lunch. The price per person was between $1-10. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. Highly recommended dish: Bread Sauce.

Very small dining area, would recommend for takeout mainly. Great pizza though! And done sooner than expected. Our go-to pizza place when in Frankfort. Parking: Busy tourist town in the Summer, street parking is generally available near the store. We’ve loved this place for a long time but after today won’t be coming back. My husband went in and ordered two pizzas. One standard and one gluten free crust for me because I have food sensitivities. Up till now we’ve never had a problem. They took our money. Told my husband it would be 20 minutes. Pretty standard. 20 minutes pass and they tell him one is done but the other is still in the oven. He stands around for another 5 minutes before they then tell him actually they don’t have any of the gluten free crust. Listen, we’re not mad they didn’t have it. That happens. We’re mad they let us wait knowing they didn’t have it and tried to lie about it at first. They offered to give my husband his pizza for free but he doesn’t want to eat one in front of me. He asked for a refund. Didn’t demand his tip back and we left. Front of house needs to be more mature in how they handle these situations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
