4 Brothers Pizza Grill - Frankford

I visited this restaurant on Tuesday around 5:30 PM and walked in to place an order for a large cheese pizza. The wait was relatively short, and I headed home, which is about 6 miles away. However, when I got home, I noticed that the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Additionally, the menu states that on Mondays and Tuesdays, you get a free 2-liter soda with a large pizza, but they forgot to include it with my order. Ultimately, I would suggest you make your own decision about this place, but it’s not for me.

I ordered several items through the on line system, one of the items was wrong. called 4 Brothers, they quickly sent the correct item no hassle at all. Food was really good and they were a pleasure to deal with. Really good service!

We were extremely satisfied with our first order. The pizza was delicious! We tried one with chicken, which included both chunks and shredded pieces—a lovely touch! It had a great balance of ingredients. Even after just one and a half slices of our large pizza, we were completely full!

I truly wanted to enjoy this restaurant. My neighbors are regulars and rave about it. I decided to order a pizza online, specifically one with pepperoni and extra sauce. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived without any pepperoni and, shockingly, it had absolutely no sauce at all—just cheese on top of the crust. I've had better pizzas from a frozen box. I've given this place three chances now, and each time I promise myself it will be the last. This was the final straw; three strikes and you're out for me.

Great pizza options. Staff is friendly. They're popular, so expect long wait times if you order during meal-rush time. If you plan on dine-in, they're short staffed this summer, so you'll need to order your food up-front like a fast-casual place. No fountain drinks, but they have cans and bottles.
