Ratskeller Cafe - FRANKENMUTH

Took 45 min for my food. Nacho chips were stale and there was hardly anything on top.. no ketchup for French fries

Chicken strips and tacos were excellent. I love that you can get the Hofbrau glass mug here and refill it. Right next to the mini golf, arcade and pools is very convenient for the kids. Service was excellent and friendly every time we came in.

Ratskeller is an AWESOME restaurant, we almost exclusively eat here besides the actual chicken dinner. The breakfast is fresh, and lunch is tasty! all the food we’ve tried is delicious. The prices are more than reasonable.The atmosphere is fun. It s large and spacious. It has many TVs all playing kid shows. It’s right by mini golf. Tons of seating. Even a bar. Cafeteria style ordering which we love.The food is all good. Fries, breakfast, nachos, muffins, cookies, drinks. It’s all good!!Staff is friendly and helpful.

Waited 20 minutes just for the nachos to come out cold. Sour cream and salsa both were not cold when brought for the nachos either. Nachos should have been hot and the sour cream and salsa cold. Opposite day?

Expect to pay an arm and a leg to feed your family fried food. $5.30 for a fountain drink and NO REFILLS. You pay $2.99, maybe $3.50 at a restaurant for a fountain drink and they happily refill it. Oh and “no outside food or drink”. It’s not technically extortion but it sure feels like it. Been coming here my whole life. I can’t believe how cheap and greedy the Zehnder family have become.
