Ny Bagel Factory - Framingham

I had a delicious breakfast bagel sandwich featuring ham, egg, and Swiss cheese. The sandwich was generously sized, too. The staff member who took my order was very attentive to my food allergy, which made me feel quite reassured. I'll definitely be back to try more items!

The atmosphere is gradually deteriorating. The ambience and service leave much to be desired, with loud Latin music playing, which feels excessive in the morning. The service is only average, and while the bagels are decent, they don't stand out.

The search is finally over! For years, I have been on the hunt for bagels that match the ones I enjoyed during my many trips to visit my grandparents in Long Island, NY. It's been quite a journey, but I believe I've finally found them! The bagels here have the perfect balance of a crispy exterior and a chewy center, and they're wonderfully puffy. Absolutely perfect! Well done!

They have the best iced coffee around— with the coffee ice cubes instead of regular ice that will water down your drink.

Average bagels and terrible service. We placed an order a day before and paid by credit card (with tip). The bagels were already in a bag when we picked them up. When we opened the bag at home, we realized that the bagels were different from the ones we had ordered and one bagel was missing. When we called, they offered no apology. They just said they had run out of certain bagels and fulfilled the order with whatever was left. They obviously didn’t think they should at the very least let us know ahead of time and give us a chance to change or cancel the order.
