Burtons Grill And - Framingham

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience—10/10! Our server, Wilbur, was excellent. Even though sitting outside can be extra challenging for a server, he was extremely attentive and friendly. I had the prime rib grilled cheese, and my boyfriend ordered the Maxx burger; everything was absolutely delicious! We will definitely return the next time we're in the area!

Let’s dive right in: I ordered the steak fries well done, and they were excellent—I finished every bite with no complaints. My coworker chose the Bolognese; he said it tasted good, but the pasta was clumped together and dry. As for drinks, the Mai Tai wasn't the most visually appealing, but it was outstanding—perfectly balanced in terms of alcohol content. It was one of the best Mai Tais I've ever had! Our server, Stephen, was very nice, professional, and well-organized.

This restaurant has the worst rewards program I've ever encountered. They offer rewards, but then impose numerous restrictions on when and how you can use them. If they make a mistake with your meal and give you a complimentary item, you can't use any of your rewards. When I asked to speak with a manager, their response was simply, "Too bad." We will not be returning; clearly, they don’t value customer service at all.

I had a burger and fries. Fries were very good. burger was ok. My friend had a caesars salad. Said it was very good. I think i may have had higher expectations due to the relationship to Red heat tavern. Which i find to be exceptional.

Food is great! One note I would make the salads are heavy oiled- as if the receipe is 1 cup oil. Too much for my taste. I'd like to see this change in the future.
