The Dutch Oven - Foxton

I've never had any issues at this restaurant; they really understand food allergies. It was a pleasant experience. I'm not sure what their current hours are, though, as they don't seem to be open very often these days.

This is the ideal place for coffee and brunch. The orange and date scones were absolutely delicious, but unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos because we couldn’t resist devouring them right away. The coffee was excellent as well. There is a wonderful selection of items in the display case; I noticed the apple strudel only after I had already paid! Foxton is a charming town, and I will definitely return to dine here again. The staff was friendly, the chairs were comfortable, and it was surprisingly peaceful despite being on the main street. Plus, the view of the windmill was a nice touch!

This lovely cafe features charming decor and offers a lovely view of the flour mill. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The eggs benedict with salmon could use a bit less salt, but overall, the food was excellent! I highly recommend giving it a try.

I had the minced cheese pie and the usual Americano, both of which were very delicious. There’s plenty of outdoor seating that offers a breathtaking view of the windmill.

Absolutely lovely place, with really nice staff. Highly recommended. Food was fantastic, and the portion size was bigger than expected! Well worth a stop!
