Fantastic food and speedy service! I ordered a Bacon Burger wrapped in lettuce, fully loaded with jalapeños. It arrived in just 8 minutes and was cooked to perfection. Even though I walked in about 15 minutes before closing, they treated me with no negativity at all. I've had a worse experience at Shake Shack, where I was turned away for arriving close to closing time, and their food wasn’t even on the same level. If you support individuals with physical or mental challenges, you might reconsider giving your business to Five Guys. I know many people who enjoy dining there, but I can assure you that they will not return. As a result, the restaurant risks losing valuable customers due to these poor business practices. It is disheartening to see that some businesses still fail to treat people with respect in this day and age.

In fairness, Five Guys sources locally grown potatoes to make fresh fries that are outstanding. The smashed burgers are good too. My issue is the price is disproportionate to the level of expectation. If prices went down at least 20%, I would give it five stars.
