Ordered an Al Pastor Burrito and when I bit into it, it was crunchy... They had burned the Al Pastor I took a few more bites hoping it was just the initial sect...

Poor food packaging, missing sides/sauces, but the biggest issue is that no one answers the phone at any of their three locations! Totally unprofessional.
