My visits to this location are normally very pleasant. However, this time I came in the day after my birthday (Jan. 6th) to redeem the coupon they emailed me. I was met by two girls. They said their names were Alexis and Janet (not sure if this is true). Both claimed to be managers but refused to allow me to redeem my birthday coupon because it was the day after my birthday. Disappointed, I asked the managers for the corporate number to resolve this issue and they told me to google it. The only reason I gave this location two stars is because I spoke with corporate and they pleasantly resolved my issue. This location is great! However, the two girls working the afternoon of Jan. 6th didn 't exhibit the great customer service I normally receive.

Food as always is great, but for take out please double check it before leaving.

Please bring back the triple berry oat smoothie!! The last time I went I was told it was discontinued. So sad! They offered a similar drink, but it was nowhere near the same.Also, they are a little slow even when you order online, but my fave smoothie was worth the wait. Now that they don't even have that anymore, I just stopped going. ?
