Panera Bread - Fox Valley

The plate my food was served on was greasy and gross. The girl that took my order want familiar at all with the menu told me we don't serve pb&j here...uh yes you do. Asked for a latte she claimednot to have that. Pretty much worst experience ever at a Panera. Plus it's dirty. Never coming back here again.

I was in this location last night and no one really seemed friendly. It was fully staffed I saw at least 6 employees who were too busy cleaning to help me. Mind you I was the only person in line or waiting on food. I waited at the register for someone to take my order for a good minute and even made eye contact with someone, but instead of helping me or getting someone to help me, he took out his phone from his pocket and walked away. Then I used a coupon sent to me in the mail from customer service and the manager who came to look at it seemed annoyed, didn't look at me or say hi, then left. Not very friendly.

Service is good, the food is delicious restaurant is clean, I love getting the lentils and paninis. delicious priced fairly

The food overall is tasty. But the spoons almost always are dirty. Today I asked the lady who is preparing orders to change my spoon, she changed it to a less dirty one, when I asked her second time she looked mad at me and handled a plastic one saying that they don't have any more metal.

Ordered through the app for a fast pick up. Should have checked it before I left. They didn't give me my baguette and instead gave me a bread bowl? Which I'm not a fan of. They also forgot to give me a spoon for a soup. Tried to make the most of it and cut the bread bowl to dip and ended up throwing it out.
