I'm not sure what's happening with Panera lately. I ordered the tomato soup to go, and it came with just five stale croutons. Plus, they no longer allow you to substitute sliced bread for baguette like they used to. Food: 5, Service: 3.

The service was extremely rude! I ordered for curbside pickup, but my order wasn't ready when I arrived. It makes no sense to order ahead of time and be met with this kind of delay. When I inquired about my food, I found out they didn’t even have it. I requested a refund, but they asked for my order number and confirmed that I had the correct location—which I didn't! I only recommend going here if you're looking to be treated poorly and deal with incompetent staff.
