Usually we’d eat at the Cook Saddle Cafe/ Saloon but after very poor coffees we looked for an alternative. Betsey Jane was the obvious alternative. Food was excellent. Service was ok staff seemed a bit down and commented that for school holidays it was quiet. Limited on tap beer selection (one) but was an excellent choice so ok with that.

Venue was recommended by our accomodation provider as the best food in town and it sidn't dissapoint, it was a clean and tidy venue with friendly staff a warm fire and the food was yum. We had the baked brie, lamb shoulder ragout fish and chips no complaints, so delicious Service: Dine in

Very close to being the best food my partner and I have had in New Zealand. Fast and friendly service, and in a beautiful location. Would recommend to anyone stopping through Fox Glacier!
