Dukes Pizza Plus - Fowlerville

Called to say this wasn't cool... was made to feel like I was wrong because I complained. Wonder why small businesses keep going under? This is why! Thanks for the credit offer, doesn't really help when we were having it to eat now. Bad form. Not the first time we have been let down by this place but definitely the last time for the near future.

On 7/19/24 I called in to order great phone etiquette very polite was told it was going to be 45 minutes to an hour it was about 50 minutes and the food was amazing I ordered the deluxe bacon cheddar cheeseburger pizza and it was just amazing the delivery driver Justin was very polite friendly will be ordering from there again

I 'm not much of a reviewer, but I was so incredibly disappointed by the ribs I had last night that I felt the need to write this. It cost $29 for a half slab of ribs and a side salad. The side salad was fine even though it had the peppers I requested to be left off I had no problem just picking them off. But the ribs... The claimed Best in the county ribs... By far the worst ribs I have ever had. Firstly they are way overpriced. Being charged $29 for what I got was ridiculous. The worst part was how tough the ribs were. It was like eating a very well done steak. And there was a pretty gross thick layer of fat that doubled the thickness of the ribs. Seemed like a super low quality piece of meat that was terribly prepared. If you 're going to charge a premium price, I expect a premium product. Had these been amazing I would not have minded paying what I did. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have just gone to Outback and had a fantastic meal for the same $30

I always go here instead of big name pizza place. Delicious pizza every time.

Update! So today I ordered pizza and I ordered my pizza without cheese. I know for a fact I ordered it without cheese cus I've done it my entire life. Whether it was their website that kicked it out or their error they decided that they didn't have time to remake my pizza the correct way.. not only tell my husband they would not remake it they wanted to charge me to remake it, when it was their fault!! Then this woman has the audacity to call and say she made a new pizza and it was rude that my husband didn't stick around for over an hour to wait on it...like u told him u didn't think u had the time to remake it then u call my phone and leave an extremely rude message..Looks like it'll be hungry Howie's from here on out ,or homemade bad customer service all the way around! Woman was extremely rude !like it enough to get it when I want good pizza in Fowlerville. It can be hit or miss however
