Thai By Sushi On Fire - Fountain Valley

The restaurant has a new owner and has seen numerous ownership changes in recent years—some good and some not so great. The staff is decent, but the food has become overly salty, even when I've requested low salt. Additionally, the portion sizes have decreased. I won't be visiting as often as I used to; it might only be an occasional trip when I'm craving Thai food, especially since there aren’t any Thai restaurants nearby.

The flavors of the tom yum soup, pad Thai, and pineapple fried rice were absolutely perfect. The prices were excellent as well.

My family and I really love this restaurant! There aren't many great Thai options in the Fountain Valley area, so having this place is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the music always brings back memories. The restaurant is well-kept and clean. We've enjoyed every dish we've tried so far. Our current favorites are the Nam Tok Beef, Tom Yum soup, papaya salad (both som tam and mango sticky rice!). The Nam Tok Beef deserves special mention for how well-cooked and flavorful the beef is—absolutely delicious. They offer spice levels ranging from 1 to 10, with 5 being medium, which is a decent level of heat. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

First time here, ordered the Thai fried rice, pad see ew, Tom Yum, and mango fried rice (to go). Everything was really good and flavorful. Service was very friendly, they even gave us a free appetizer to try their new recipe. Would definitely be coming back!

Very tasty orange chicken and fried rice, the price is also good.
