Fukusuke Japanese Ramen Dining

Nooo they're closed now! I never knew I liked sushi until I tried their Yuzu lemon salmon roll which was FIREEE! The salmon just melts in your mouth and the cucumber and yuzu lemon just gives it that taste bending experience. This roll even converted my brother to liking sushi. I'm glad I crossed paths with this restaurant when I did. Service and seating was fast and everyone was super friendly. The environment was peaceful and calm with indoor and outdoor seating. I'll miss this place. Hopefully they open another spot somewhere in OC. I'll definitely come back!

This restaurant is no longer Fukusuke, yet it still has kept all of Fukusuke’s reviews. It is nowhere near as good, the portions all smaller, the sauces are lower quality, and the noodles are thick and cheap, yet the prices remain the same cost and everything costs extra. I have no idea why the reviews were carried over when Fukusuke went out of business, but don’t go here expecting comparable food. Service: Dine in

This is my go to Japanese/Ramen restaurant. Their tonkotsu is amazing, their spicy version is actually spicy. The rolls are big and the fish is fantastic. The happy hour is a great deal and the service is great. The booths are huge, you can almost fit 8 people in them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bummer this place closed, it was our got to ramen spot for years. We'd drive from Tustin just to eat here.
