I really enjoyed the green tea doughnut at this restaurant. They also offered vegan options like birthday cakes and salted caramel, although the vegan donuts only came in cake form. The menu didn't have many large vegan options. We tried to order cappuccinos but the cashier whispered to her colleague about whether they knew how to make them, and then informed us that they didn't have cappuccinos. When we asked about almond or soy milk for our hot coffee, they seemed confused and ultimately we ended up getting nitrocold coffee instead. Despite some issues with our order, the staff were friendly and helpful. It seems like they could benefit from more training from management. I would consider returning in the future, hopefully with more plant-based milk options available. If not, there is a coffee bean location right next door.

Unfortunately, there were no large vegan options available. When we tried to order a cappuccino, the cashier had to ask someone else how to make it and then informed us they didn't have cappuccinos. We then asked about almond or soy milk for our coffee and they seemed confused, only offering regular dairy milk. We ended up purchasing nitro cold brews, but one drink emptied the nitro tank and the staff couldn't change it. The employees were great, but it seems like they could benefit from better training. Despite these challenges, I would consider returning if I find myself in the area again. Hopefully they will consider adding plant-based milk options in the future, or customers can visit the Coffee Bean next door for alternative options.
