That Guy's Pizza - Fountain Hills

The food at this restaurant is quite good and that's why I'm giving it stars. However, it always feels like there is only one employee working. I suspect there may be a hidden back room, as the manager tends to appear and disappear frequently. I just wish the service was quicker during peak hours.

This place is a one-star pizza restaurant. I have worked here, but I am not happy with it. I must mention that Mike puts in effort, but his customer service skills need improvement. I don't want to be harsh, but the sauce seems to be made with dirty water. Additionally, the presence of homeless individuals, who seem to believe they are being watched by invisible beings, adds to the overall negative experience. It is without a doubt below average.

I was told my delivery would arrive in 45 minutes, but it actually took 90 minutes. The delivery driver seemed upset and complained about only having a two-person crew. He even told me he didn't care if we never ordered from them again. Wow.

This is the second time I ordered on the slice app as they have it listed as the preferred way. 1st time they didn't see the order. 2nd they are not even open when it states they are. This place is managed by the worst management ever. Thank you for making everyone at my kids party wait. Sorry you lost on 5 pizza order
