Le Bretagne - Fougères

Fantastic eating, a warm welcome, a great mood and “open” when so many other restaurants are not open at the weekend.

We had three courses with a bottle Provencal rosé and 2 kirs petillants all for 75 euro. everything was well reconciled and presented and the personal was friendly.

Very pleasant furnishings and atmosphere. good food and friendly staff. the set menus offer a good choice and are cost-effective relatiw. we had a great night here.

I would really, really recommend the confit de canard, because it was exquisite! I would go there again just for that! Let alone the food, the welcome was warm by the owners and they were very attentive, though it may have helped that we were...the first people in the restaurant that evening. The evening was very reasonably priced, and had a very French menu of escargots etc, which my father enjoyed very much. Definitely recommend this place to tourists staying in Fougeres, I particularly recommend the duck!

We arrived en famille at about 7.30pm and a table was quickly found for the 9 of us. We had a lovely well priced meal, authentic french food and great service would recommend to anyone. chocolate mouuse was super- obviously homemade as brought out in...the dish and spooned out in portions at the table The steaks were very good. we all tried the fixed price menus and they were great value.
