I never get my soda cup without having to ask for it. Same happened with the person who got his order before me. About the most positive is the food is generally prepared well and the location is convenient.
I waited in line for 10 minutes to place my order, but the line wasn’t budging, so I decided to use the kiosk instead. It then took an additional 15 minutes to receive my food, and by the time it arrived, I had completely lost my appetite. The service was terrible; the staff moved at a snail's pace and seemed to ignore customers to avoid providing assistance. They really need to hire more staff!
First of all, it’s important to note that this review is based on Taco Bell restaurants specifically, rather than comparing it to other Mexican eateries. This location is clean and has recently been remodeled, featuring an efficient drive-thru. Interestingly, San Mateo has three Taco Bells, and none of them have a drive-thru.
I visited Taco at Foster City last week. I'm not a big fan of tacos, but I do enjoy them occasionally. However, it took a long time for my order to arrive. Despite the wait, the staff did their best to take care of customers, so overall, I think they did a decent job.
Ordered drive through and it took a really long time to come out. Offered me several free taco coupons, which is very nice gesture.
