Flux Valley - Fortitude Valley

Went here for an early lunch, was greeted with fantastic customer service. Had the Lamb burger bagel which sounded different and was very enjoyable (despite not really liking blue cheese). Coffee was perfect.

The staff at Flux are fantastic. Their customer service is excellent. The food and drinks are also delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning as regular customers!

Brilliant service by the two really friendly guys that are always seem to be there! Long black coffee to perfection, without a bitter taste to it & GF vegan friendly. Try the home made sweets! Eat in or take away! A must visit in The Valley!

I believe the spot where Flux is now used to sell DJ gear. They do a very good coffee here, even give you a selection of sugars!

Flux on Ann offers a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee by Aromas Coffee, teas, smoothies, and juices. While their food menu is simple with options like toasts and banana bread, the highlight of Flux on Ann is their selection of sweet treats, cakes, brownies, bagels, and fudges, many of which are gluten-free and organic. The mint chocolate fudge, banana walnut fudge, and peanut butter fudge are just a few of the tempting options available. The cafe also offers a variety of bagels such as Blueberry, Cinnamon & Raisin, and Jalapeno, which pair perfectly with their coffee. According to Mike, the bagels are made "the way it should be made," with the supplier being a secret known only to Flux on Ann. The cafe is a hidden gem in Fortitude Valley, open from Monday to Saturday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, and some public holidays. They offer happy hour specials for chai, teas, and espressos, piccolos, and macchiatos between 2-4pm daily, making it a great spot for a quick pick-me-up.
