Jet's Pizza - Fort Wright

So I ordered my pizza with green peppers when I went to go pick it up. It had jalapeño peppers on it. I asked the young lady can you just add green peppers I didn’t even care about the jalapeño peppers I could’ve picked them off . she said she would ask, but a man came from the back and accuse me of ordering wrong. He assumed I ordered it online which I didn’t. I called it in , even after he found out it was their mistake. He still refused to put green peppers on the pizza.. he even could have gave me a side of green peppers. I would’ve put it on myself when I got home… he was just so rude about it and it was their mistake. That’s what upset me was the rudeness ..I even had to prove to him that I didn’t order online he came back from the kitchen and said we make the pizzas the way it’s on the ticket.. I politely had to tell him I didn’t order online. I called it in so obviously whoever took my order hit the wrong key hit jalapeño peppers instead of green peppers. I even said no big deal. Just give me some green peppers I can pick the jalapeños off. But he wouldn’t do that for me even though it was your workers mistake

Making customers wait longer because they're doing doordash will go somewhere else next

Ordered a pizza, and it tasted so bland I almost threw up. I usually don't have issues with this place, but tonight, it was horrible. This place has gone downhill, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Jet's is my favorite Detroit-Style Deep Dish pizza. And the Super Special Supremium is just out-of-this-world good.
