Whataburger - Fort Worth

I was the only customer in the drive-thru when I arrived, but they had to ask me multiple times what I had ordered (a large Coke and a sausage biscuit). After I reached the window, I was asked to pull over so they could serve the cars that came after me. While I waited, the cars behind me received their orders promptly. After 20 minutes without my food, the employee came out to ask me what I had ordered again. Frustrated, I told her never mind and drove away without even bothering to go inside for a refund. I did report the issue to corporate, but I never received a response.

The restaurant is poorly managed by inexperienced staff. You'll find yourself waiting in one of two lines for 15-25 minutes in the morning before anyone even acknowledges you. The employees seem more interested in appearing busy than actually assisting customers, which is highly unprofessional. At this point, I have come to expect this level of service from Whataburger. This will definitely be my last visit to this place.

I can confidently say that this is the best Whataburger I've ever visited. I haven't encountered great customer service in a while, but the staff here really stood out. They were friendly and attentive, and my food arrived quickly and was just right. I only wish this location was near my home! If you're looking for an authentic Texas Whataburger experience, this is definitely the place to go.

This Whataburger has really gone down hill over the years. Service takes forever and the staff is less then motivated to provide anything remotely close to satisfaction. Your better off going down the street to and of the other local franchises. Charlie'sBurgers on Granbury Rd. is one of my favorites.

I'm sure this is the best Whataburger I've ever been to, I'm really not used to customer service anymore. But these people at this Whataburger are the exception they were kind considerate the food came out quick it was perfect. I wish this was by my house. If you want the real experience of a Texas Whataburger this is the one to go to
