Church's Chicken - Fort Worth

If I could leave zero stars I would literally leave the site 30 minutes ago and something told me to check my order before I left. long story short I spent $35 for a dry and unseasoned 10 pieces family dark meal and a 5 pieces spicy stripe meal that was clearly not spicy. I could almost wager money that the chicken sat under the light ALL day because it was hard and stale and that is at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. and of course the number to the shop does not work comfortably? ... No one in there should ever fix her mouth to ask for an increase.... EVER

Came to this churches chicken got a 10pc meal and had the most horrible experience. As me and my daughter was eating we both got so sick to where I felt like I had to go to the hospital. Are stomach was hurting extremely bad and vomiting. Woke up the next day stomach was still hurting in so much pain. I will never eat there again.?

Why is this churchs chicken lobby closed so you have to use drive thru which is always backed up. I like to go in and have time to decide what I want and not have to decide right away so as not to keep people in drive thru behind waiting for me to decide.

(I don't HAVE THEIR NAMEs and theY WEREN'T WEARING NAME TAGS to PROPERLY INDENTIFY WhoM I AM REFERRING TO) The Mexican woman I take is a kind of shift. She has garbage customer service and this is not the first time she rubbed me in the wrong way. So I came to apple pie, on the menu says every apple pie is $1.49, so I ordered two. The lady is trying to recharge me at 2:00. I said Ma’am the menu doesn’t say that! I never went into churches and paid 2.00 for a cake! I took a picture of the menu and went up to show that NOT what your menu says! How are there only 2 cakes near the price for the 4 pack cakes, which is 5.29, and they tried to tell me my total was over 4 dollars??? The women sat and tried to argue with me about what the price says on the menu! I'm like Ma'am the price says 1.49 for a cake! I made a picture from the menu. I never went to a restaurant that says the price is one thing on the menu then say more than what is shown outside of taxes when advertised. The lady was very ugly and that's not the first time she did this to me, so I'm leaving a complaint now. After I had a picture of the proof and told her about what your attempt to charge me does not match the menu, and she should do the right thing and honor it because I feel the difference if the price is different, then your menu should have it there, see, she has charged me the actual price that was on the menu. No excuse. I am more disappointed by their attitude towards the situation and how it treats me more than the problem with the price. The guy on the car through the window was great and tried not to help any complaints on him.

This special business on McCart and Altamesa is always my order wrong. I usually go through the drive. I specifically asked for normal chicken, not SPICY. My stomach or my grandson's stomach can't eat sharp. And we didn't matter at all. I really want to take away my star!!! Because it happens several times. It's close to me and I love churches. But because of things I decide to eat somewhere else or other churches. They really need to bring their actions together. From the comments I am not the only NOT HAPPY!
