Asian King Buffet - Fort Worth

Awesome food exceptional service and beautiful atmosphere the people who work here are literal angels especially that sweet heart of a waiter ely everyone at this establishment has been way beyond my expectations and will be coming back here really soon!!!! Bad business...Had to pay before we ate. Okay. $90 for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. No problem. Mealworms in every cooked broccoli dish. Big problem. 2 of us hadn't even started to eat when the worms were found. Manager would not refund ANY one of our meals. Gave us ONE $10 certificate and then persistently, tried to convince us that the worms were healthier for us to eat!In my vast experiences with Buffets..it's a hit or miss on flavor and/or freshness. But to be so complacent about the findings of worms in their food was repulsive. We will not ever go back.

I feel two stars is generous, really.From the moment we arrived, the woman who was charging us just seemed as though she was annoyed by our existence. To say she lacked a welcoming personality would be putting it mildly. Although they had a fair selection, the food was mediocre at best. My husband and I both just kept looking at each other promising to never return. Our children even thought the ice cream tasted gross and wouldn’t eat it. That has never happened. Two things I felt tasted decent were the cheese crab and the jello. Our server, though pleasant, was very overwhelmed because she seemed to be the only one bussing at least half of the entire restaurant while also having to fill drinks. There was an abundance of food all over the floor, our seat was duct taped, a lot, and the tape was irritating on the legs while wearing shorts. In general the place felt and appeared very dirty.

My experience with this buffet was much better than the other reviews. Don’t let them tell you that this restaurant isn’t good! Everything was as good as any other buffet. Crab legs were a little small but they were fresh and very good. Will 100% return.

Good selection of food, friendly servers, and crab available on Fridays make this place pretty decent.However, the owner manager gave my family a headache a number of times, including not seating our party only because one had not come yet, stopping me from bringing home a small amount of candy home, and most recently accusing us of contaminating the buffet with dropped food (which we did not do).Disregarding management, it's a decent buffet, especially considering it's one of the few places still serving crab. Unfortunately, the way we've been treated is enough for us to not want to come back unless something changes.
