Costa - Fort William

This is a lively Costa located in a vibrant, well-known small town called William. The service was friendly, and the young lady who attended to us displayed impressive language skills. Both our rolls and coffee were delightful.

I stopped by for a quick coffee and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was warm. The tables and restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. Overall, it was another positive visit. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide clearer information about the availability of free WiFi.

I'm not going to Costa for coffee! (And I'm a coffee drinker, haha.) But I have to say, their hot chocolates are fantastic. The place is clean and easy to get to, with a drive-thru for when you're in a rush. There are large open glass windows and comfortable seating—everything you need to relax for an hour.

There for toilet, lol. the employees were beautiful. the souvenirladen was right next to him and gave me a good deal for cashmere.

They opened a bit early and make a huge cappuccino for us. So glad there are some places that cater to early risers. One thing I have noticed in Scotland so far is many places don't get going until 9 or 10am. Usually by then I have already been up for four hours!
