My daughter had soup, I ordered the sizzling chicken (which had freezer burnt shrimp), and my husband had the sizzling steak. Everything else was average. The manager took my son's meal off the bill. We decided to give it a chance, but we do not plan on returning.
I made a reservation at this restaurant, but when I arrived I found out they were closed. I wasted my time driving there for nothing.
Made reservations on Open Table. Arrived at restaurant was told they don’t take online reservations. I showed them my Open Table confirmation and was told they don’t use Open Table?! (This is 2nd visit this has happened) They squished the 5 of us into a 4-person table. It was so tight, we didn’t have room for all the plates, so we had to balance a few plates on top of our glasses! Restrooms were out of order the whole time. The apps came out quickly, but our entrees took forever. Everything was worth the wait, except for my chicken sandwich. The chicken was hard-as-a-rock and so very dry. I think it must’ve been sitting under the warmer for quite awhile. The avocados and tomato were mush and mayo had dried out so much, all that was left of it was a weird sponge-like imprint on the chicken! Worst TGIFriday’s experience ever.
There were only two servers and a bartender working on a typical night, but we never received half of what we ordered. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive and 35 minutes for our food. The service at this restaurant seems to be declining.
We had an amazing waitress , her name was Brooke and she was even training a new person. She always made sure we were doing ok and she was pleasant. It was a good experience and I will definitely be going back. The food was amazing. It was a nice place for a much needed date.
