Texas Roadhouse - Fort Wayne

4th visit to our local Texas Roadhouse ... Hard to put into words ... Really! My 16 oz Sirloin was cooked to perfection from end to end. Not even the tiniest bit of fat on my cut. Taste was beyond words. Even my salad was fresh enjoyable. The only down side was my wife 's 'side dish ' ... In lieu of fries with her Smokehouse burger, she chose Macaroni Cheese. The Mac Cheese looked like a box of Kraft Mac Cheese made in a hurry. The 'cheese ' was runny, and tasteless. Aside from that, a great meal. The staff was friendly, and treated us well, especially considering how crazy busy they were. Work on that Mac Cheese dish guys, and we 'll be back soon.

Love this place....the food..the vibe..the service everything. Been here many times and it's one of our family fav!

The steak was burnt. The chili doesn't have beans which lacks flavor in that area. Overall the food was okay. Definitely not good enough for the price. Potatoes and cheese were quite bland. I think thosnorder was probably at a busy moment that the food was made as quickly as possible.

We had a very poor experience last weekend for dinner. After waiting over an hour for a table (we understand it's busy on weekends) we were seated and met our extremely nice and sweet waitress. She was doing her best, but was clearly spread a little thin. After receiving an unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea I ordered, I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new tea. After receiving our prime rib, steak/ribs, and salmon we were asked if there was anything else they could get for us. We requested sauce for the prime rib and a couple refills. After finishing everything else on my plate I had still not received sauce for the prime rib and we still had no refills. At this point our waitress took the time to talk to her manager about us because she felt bad for how our service had been and requested the manager come talk to us before we finish our dinner and get the bill. We never saw that manager again. Instead of talking to us and resolving the problem she avoided the issue, hoping we would just pay our bill and leave. When it came time to pay the bill and I requested to speak to a manager, our waitress was rather confused as she had already sent one to our table but clearly she never showed. The bottom line is, our waitress messed up, she tried to correct the problem but whoever you had in management that night just tried to avoid it. Ending up making the waitress take care of it herself. I am beyond disappointed as this used to be one of my favorite places to eat out. If I were to be seated with that waitress, I would 100% give her another shot. If I walked in and saw that manager, I'd be walking out the door.

What can I say? I love Texas Roadhouse. Best bread and butter ever! And they actually had catfishes! Everything was great! For the first time the green beans and they were very delicious! They had a southern flare. Really enjoyed. Our bartender/server Katie was also excellent! She was a joy! Wasn't long in a Texas Roadhouse because many places in Virginia have stopped serving catfish. Fort Wayne didn't disappoint! Oh and my staff had the chicken. She really enjoyed it too! We ate very good
