Subway - Fort Wayne

Went in and got 2 footlongs. Both chicken bacon ranch. Nothing special on them at all! For 2 footlongs they charged me $34.32 with tax! $16 per sandwich?! That's insane!!!!! Will never go back to Subway again! He never told me a total of order. I just happened to look at my bank account and saw the stupid high price!

I recently stopped by to order some subs and the young employee who took my order was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Their attitude, language, and behavior were so off-putting that I decided to drive away without completing my order. I sincerely hope that this employee is eventually let go as they are not fit to work in the food industry. This incident occurred at 12:10pm on Wednesday, 9/13/2023.

Was charged for an order, the store claimed they didn’t receive the order. The elderly employee closing September 6th 2023 refused to remake the order, or refund my money. I offered to show proof of the order in the app and just asked her to make the order that I placed. She said I’d have to come back a different day because she wouldn’t do it and then hung up on me.Extremely unprofessional, and rude.

We have had consistently incorrect orders at this restaurant. The food was decent, but one of the sandwiches was not toasted and we were missing a bag of food.

Oh my god. Who puts a drive thru right next to a busy loud highway intersection? I got a tuna on wheat and they freaking drowned it in mayonnaise . Don’t go to this subway
