We definitely needed this after a long day of driving! Our drinks were perfect and our barista was so friendly and helpful. My daughter loved her pink drink!

Waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order at this restaurant is unacceptable. They prioritize the drive-thru orders over mobile and in-store orders, leaving customers waiting far too long. Even getting a refund took 5 minutes just to be acknowledged at the register. The staff didn't apologize for the long wait, despite not being extremely busy. Food may have been decent, but the service and atmosphere were disappointing. Service is rated a 1, and the atmosphere gets a 1 as well.
This restaurant is conveniently located across the street from my home, so I visit it often. However, since the onset of Covid-19, the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the establishment has noticeably declined. The staff is not friendly and service is slow, except for the drive-thru. Today, I waited over 25 minutes for a simple tall pike hot coffee. The barista was moving slowly despite a room full of customers waiting for their orders. Most of the time, my brewed coffee is lukewarm. When I finally received my coffee after a long wait, the barista did not include the cream and sugar I had requested. Overall, this place is disappointing and not worth the time. I plan to take my business to the other location on Lima #124 in front of Meijer once they re-open, despite it being out of my way. The coffee there is hot, made as ordered, and the staff is friendly.
