One of the WORST meals I've ever had at Red Lobster. Service was not fast and we wanted to go as a very nice young man appeared to serve us. There were no Cheddar Bay biscuits arrived until about 5 minutes before our meal because they were still baking. I ordered a page salad and our server came back to say they had no salad. So I ordered Brussel Sprouts. When the sprouts arrived, they were drowned in a sickly sweet balsamic reduction that completely disguised the sprouts. I ate one. The Clam strips were so overdue that they called Clam chips. The fish had very little taste. My men Broccoli was good and the shrimp was not too bad. My husband and I loved Red Lobster and ate there regularly, but the food is not what it was earlier and we will not be back.

Much cleaner and lighter since the last time I was here. Servers are friendly and food is very good. Tables are designed for a good atmosphere. Only negative, and not so large from one, servers are slow when refilling drinks and checkback. We weren't even asked if we wanted desert.

This is the second time I was here at the Springboro-Pike site in two months. The experience was as bad as I visited in August. We didn't get our food for an hour, though the restaurant was half empty. The service was bad, the waitress did not hear a drink request. The food tastes bad. The manager was Fake and Insincere, and offered little compensation, but poor tasting food from the kitchen. We paid $140 to go home and snacks. The manager offered us no compensation. I will tell everyone in Dayton that they are aware of this particular situation. While I was there, I heard another family with a similar terrible experience.

For years we've gone into a red Lobster. The traditional Lobster tank was there, but no lobster. Dinner was prepared quickly and everything was delicious. Our server was polite and on their game. The place was clean. I'd go back to this place.

We always enjoy our meals at Red Lobster! We ordered drinks and each got our favorite, the Ultimate Feast. Food was great! Our server was excellent and we called over the manager to compliment him, in addition to leaving him a nice tip.
