Rally's - Fort Wayne

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. They were out of many items, gave very few fries in the chicken box, and did not have change at the window. I paid nearly 9 dollars for very little food. It seems like they need a new manager because the service was poor and unprofessional. As someone who has worked in fast food for years, I was extremely disappointed.

The food met our expectations, my 9-year-old requested to go to Rally's. However, the gentleman at the drive-thru window was extremely polite, which was the best part of the experience.

I went to rallys tonight and got a fry lover's xl size fry that cost 5 bucks because I really like the fries at other locations. The fries were soft and the cup they come in was only 3/4 full. For 5 dollars the fries should be overflowing the cup. I alsogot a rallyburger and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were cold. I was afraid to say anything about the fries but Iatleast went back through the drive thru and said the sandwiches were cold. 4 cars were ahead of me. 20 minutes later I hadfresh sandwiches atleast. I don't plan on coming back to this location if they don't have basic policies like this in place.

This was the worst experience I've had at Rally's. I was third in line and when I received my sandwich, the meat was still raw, cold, and slimy. There were no condiments included and no napkins in the bag. To top it off, the shake machine was broken. I was disappointed on every level.

Love the food ... And you get it a lot faster than you did 2 years ago.
