Papa Johns - Fort Wayne

It seems that the pizza makers don't pay attention to the instructions when a customer requests their pizza to be cooked a certain way. Unfortunately, 95% of the time, my order is either undercooked or prepared incorrectly. I'm done with Papa John's pizza; it's just not acceptable!

I was disappointed with my experience. After the website charged my card, it informed me that my order would take 2 hours to arrive. I had no option to cancel the order online, and my calls went unanswered. I will never order from Papa John's again.

Did you recognize me? Not only did you get my order wrong, but trying to call you is absolutely ridiculous. I was put on hold for a couple of minutes listening to nonsense. Not everyone is a kid. Guess who's never ordering from Dad John's again?

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks.i was told 15 minutes delivery. 45 minutes later I got a call from another customer that they got my job. I called the manager and said they'd make my order new. she had a really bad attitude and told me to take my business elsewhere. never again

I received my pizza and after eating a few slices I bite into this one particular slice and recieve a mouthful of bits of someones blunt paper that had been baked into the pizza.Nice.Edit: paid for an extra large only to eat a few slices and throw the rest away after biting into someones blunt paper and pulling it out my mouth because it didn't feel right. Only to discover what it was.
