Panera Bread - Fort Wayne

About half of our order was really disappointing; the soup bowl contained only five spoonfuls of soup. The atmosphere was chaotic, making it feel like a complete zoo.

My wife wanted soup, so we stopped at one of those restaurants that serve bread platters to get some cheddar and broccoli soup. I probably wouldn't have come here otherwise, but I thought the soup served in a bread bowl was quite charming. I had a flat pizza, and it was really good. I would definitely stop by here again. The staff were very friendly, though a bit disorganized behind the counter. But in 2022, I’m sure they’re just happy to be able to serve customers. Keep up the good work, and we look forward to coming back soon!

The food took about 25 minutes to arrive, and the presentation was lacking. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Given the many other options available, this will be my last visit.

Ordering instructions are almost never followed and the coffee is one of the worst in taste and temperature I have ever had, even make it better. if an online order says ready and they come for picking up, it is rarely ready on the regal. increased from 1 to 2 stars for the taste of food and the few helpful workers.

I am so pleased to know that any products at the end of the day go to local charities. I am not sure why but the line at Panera is always a slow process. There was 1 person in front of me. I love the French bread. I also had a great chocolate croissant.
