Panda Express - Fort Wayne

Usually this place is great, but tonight we waited about 7 minutes in the line. he made it a microphone and was said to take our order in a minute. then another woman got the microphone and said we're sorry that we're closed when they had another 20 minutes to be open. they gave no reason; it is obvious that she was just willing to go home and start her weekend.

After they show up at 10 30 when they advertise, it is currently 11 13 and still waiting for my order. I had to go through the trip through 3 times so that they took my order, only that I had to wait even after I had seen about 10 cars and 5 people could go through the drive and build themselves.

We're going out occasionally. it is the almost food equivalent of Chinese food, but we like it. it is convenient to order online and to set your pick-up time. orders were always correct and ready.

Closed lobby for nothing. They have several people behind the counter when we walk in and 2 employees sitting down in the lobby doing nothing. Said they are only serving drive thru and online orders. I assume it's due to lack of workers but they had at least 8 people working that I counted. We placed an online order like they told us to then just walked back inside when it said it was ready. Then it wasn't even ready. Then we spent the same amount of time inside that we would have, had we just told them what we wanted when we walked in the first time. Then a guy came in and was told he needed to order online. He then proceeded to sit down at a table in the lobby to place an online order and they didn't have a problem with it. What is the difference from doing that versus just ordering and eating in the lobby?

I ordered to pick up which everyone knows it's supposed to be faster) .My order said it would be ready at 7:55 , so I went inside to get it at 8 . My order was not ready at all, they haven't even started my order . I ended up leaving with my food at 8:16 . They made me wait 16 minutes when my food was supposed to be ready over 20 minutes ago . I saw so many people get their service and leave quickly with their food and I was just waiting there thinking that everyone should know that an online order is supposed to be faster.When I got my food they didn't even put utensils, which I did specifically asked on my order. The food was good , but I was just not happy about the waiting , especially for an online order.
