McDonald's Restaurants - Fort Wayne

I normally don't write reviews, but the franchise owner of this location needs to take controlI came in with my family in Saturday the 7th, 2017.

Good food, good service at the drive-up, BUT, my receipt is unreadableI am one of the few that checks the receipt against my bank statement.

This McDonald's sucks! This is the worst one I've ever been toThe double doors as you walk in have been taken off, so there's only the door frame.

The worst mcdonald’s I was, went there to find a steak-balg menu, breakfast burrito and big coffee, waited in line for 20 minutes, all halfway to house to find out that they gave me the wrong sandwich, no burrito and coffee had equal instead of regular zucker, I went back to get the right rows to me. I didn't want to make a scene, so I left. I haven't eaten now and I've been charged $3 for a big coffee. they have not tried to take place for everything, will never go back.

Covid alert! don't go here if you don't want to get sick. my mother and I had an absolutely HORRID experience on the other day. 6 of our breakfast items and refused to do it for us. my mother was frustrated and wanted her money back at this point, I asked the manager for a refund and she refused to refund my mother without having to return the food! I told the manager that we had a person in the house that might have had kovid (my son had returned from the sick school to home) and she was still shamed that I had to return the food we received for the refund. their words were that they cannot ask for a refund for a gallon milk, and not return to the gallons of milk. to whom I replied so that they would not appreciate the health of their customers, employees or them? and she reacted with in saying that they must return the food for the refund .. the back and forth was old and I have the right steps in the notification they have to the health department, but I am strongly encouraged others to avoid this place because the general managers do not care when their customers or coworkers. my mother had to call the police station to get her refund from $16 (to $28) to which the general manager reacted with a restaurant ban. instead of admitting that she was wrong when the bulls told her that she should give the refund, she bent my mother from a device that she was faithful for years without incidents and humiliated her publicly. this whole experience has to tell everyone that I know that these mcdonalds like to avoid the plague until they get their management under control.
