Cookie Cottage - Fort Wayne

I haven't visited this place yet, but my family recently sent me a box of assorted cookies from there. I was truly amazed by how delicious each one was. I will definitely remember Cookie Cottage for my friends who love cookies! Greetings from Tucson, AZ!

I absolutely love Cookie Cottage! However, I recently placed an online order for delivery on Valentine's Day. I ordered it on Monday, February 7 (a week before the holiday) and requested delivery before 2:00 PM, since the recipient finishes work at 3:00 and I wanted to ensure they had time to share the cookies with their colleagues. Unfortunately, the cookies arrived at 2:50 PM. I understand that Valentine's Day is likely one of Cookie Cottage's busiest times, but I had hoped that ordering a week in advance would ensure a timely delivery. I was quite disappointed with the delivery timing. Next time, I think I’ll just pick them up myself.

The staff here is friendly and efficient, and there's a charming cookie jar museum to enjoy. Plus, there's plenty of parking! Best of all, they offer 22 or 23 different types of the finest cookies you'll find anywhere. Definitely worth a visit!

Now located on West Washington Center Road beside Texas Roadhouse! Great location. Easier to find, and a very nice parking lot that Cookie Cottage uses during the day, and Texas Roadhouse uses in the evening. Great building with a lot more show-room and more room for customers. And the tables outside on the front sidewalk are a nice addition and under the front roof. The entrance door is on the left of the front of the building, and the exit door in on the right. You can not see this building from I-69. And you can not see this building from west bound on Washington Center Road until you pass under I-69. Then it is an immediate sharp right as soon as you clear the bridge... If you miss it, that is okay, just turn right into the Texas Roadhouse because the parking lots connect. The restaurant before needed visability and a bigger parking lot. Cookie Cottage is one of those places you will seek out no matter where it is! Yes, they really are that good. There always seems to be a line of customers everytime I go to get cookies! But, the young ladies behind the counter are very friendly fast and know their cookies! I am literally in and out with a box of the best cookies in less than 7 minutes. Oh! And they now deliver using Fed-Ex 2 day! Fed-Ex is always a little pricey but Fed-Ex service is very good and these cookies are really worth it!

The cookies were/are amazing!!! The employee who helped us wasn't very friendly. She was rude snippy. First time we've had this problem here. Would've given them a 5 star rating if not for her.
