Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Wayne

This restaurant is the most poorly managed establishment in Fort Wayne. Today, they were out of burritos, which is just one of many issues I've encountered recently. Over the past three months, they've also run out of tomatoes, fajita vegetables, steak, corn, and white rice. The staff seems to struggle with taking orders accurately, often preparing what they think you want instead of what you've asked for. It might be worth considering hiring some employees from Subway. When I finally had to tell them to stop adding the wrong ingredients to my meal, they became defensive and rude. If they had just listened to my order, this frustration could have been avoided. Today was the final straw for me, and I have no plans to return to this location; there are plenty of other options for food on my way home from work.

I understand there’s been an avocado shortage and that the app said guacamole was out of stock. However, just yesterday, the app indicated that it was back, so I decided to order it again. My boyfriend picked it up without checking the contents (that was our mistake), but we still ended up with no guacamole and were charged for it anyway. Furthermore, if the restaurant is out of Mexican Coke, that doesn’t mean I want a Mexican Sprite. Just refund my drink and let me be on my way! Finally, the inability to reach a human on the phone is infuriating. When you finally do get the automated system to connect you to someone, no one ever answers.

I ordered the chicken bowl and added black beans, corn, salsa, sour cream, and their spicy hot sauce, which has quite a kick. I topped it off with cheese. It cost around $8.50 or $9 with tax. Given the increasing food prices, I'm still adjusting to paying $9 for a dish that doesn’t include a side or drink. However, the bowl is very filling, and I felt completely satisfied after my meal. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for something quick yet substantial.

I ordered take out. Love that you get large portions. Usually when I do take out, they cheat you with smaller portions. Staff were friendly and food was ready in a timely manner. Place was really clean as well!

My girlfriend and I visited this location yesterday. They were decently busy as it was 6-7pm. on a Saturday. We waited in line for 5-10 minutes and when we got to the front we were greeted by one of the line workers. They said ?Hi what can I get for you??and immediately after turned to their coworker, and walked away from us, without saying ?excuse me for a moment? or anything atall. Then left us waiting there as the rest of the line checks out and people keep piling in the door. We could see the guywalking back and forth all around the store but never once acknowledging what he did. We left shortly after because we felt asif our order doesn?t matter to the store so why give it business. Thankfully there are some authentic Mexican restaurants nearbythat care about their customers and taste way better in our opinion(they also don?t have a salsa shortage). Save your money andtime this place is trash.
