Chili's Grill - Fort Wayne

The waitress we had tonight was excellent. She was very attentive and always checked if we needed anything. I don't remember her name, but she's very good at her job. The chicken sandwich was very simple and Blande, so I would recommend the chicken brothers instead, which actually have taste. If I went back, I would probably go for a burger or pasta instead of either chicken option. The lava cake was very good and for the disappointing sandwich.

We dropped in here for dinner and it was delicious as chipotle always is as we would expect from the chain. The Store does seem a bit smaller than your typical chipotle but it is still pretty much the same standard layout just on a more condensed scale. I didn’t realize that they had a watermelon lemonade until after I had already sat down and started eating but it looks so delicious and you can see it from the picture that is definitely on the top of my agenda for the next time provided that there’s not just a local thing and they have it in Ohio also. No we didn’t come in here at 8 o’clock in the evening and I’m sure these guys were swamped all day long because they were pretty busy while we were here too but the place could have the trash attend to a little bit more. By that I mean you can see in the pictures that the trash cans really are pretty full in the bathrooms a little bit overflowing. But make no mistake this place was clean and tidy and every other aspect. They were out of the hot tofu which is one of my favorites but everything else was delicious and I would give him a good solid double thumbs up

Second time we have come and our appetizer isn’t ready until after our meals are done. So we cancel the appetizer since it wasn’t ready on time. Also sat here for about 15min, clearly done eating, and finally we were able to pay for meal. Then they tried charging us for the egg rolls we never got and had canceled. Would not recommend coming to this location.

Should have read the reviews lately. Wow. In case you can’t tell, this is beef nachos. Or beef slop. Completely inedible and about the grossest thing I’ve seen come out of a restaurant. It even smells bad. You guys proud of this??? I can’t believe you let this leave your restaurant. Oh and a FIVE dollar ‘side salad’ with no lettuce. That’s it for us.

What a disappointment! After a morning of shopping we decided to grab lunch. Every place we went was packed except for, you guessed it, Chili 's. We jokingly stated that it could be a bad sign. Should have gone with our intuition. The place was D.I.R.T.Y! The floor area where we were seated was covered in paper, food, you name it. Disgusting! I had to knock shredded lettuce off my seat before sitting down. When I visited the restroom I was greeted with an Out of Order sign on a urinal covered with plastic. Someone had torn a hole in the plastic and used it anyway, so of course there was urine in the plastic. The server was very attentive with the drinks, but not ensuring the order was correct. The three of us each had something incorrect with our orders. Definitely not the place it used to be. I 'll sit back and see what goes in the building next.
