Big Eyed Fish Bar & Grill - Fort Wayne

Got the 21 pieces of shrimp, more coating then shrimps. Finally, the coating took off and ate the shrimps. Next time get the fan tail shrimp. I don't know why restaurants serve baked potatoes that aren't soft. Like my switch. Great waitress. The fish sandwich looked good, must try.

It was just not good. The decor is sticky, the food is fat-soaked bar food best. The only thing that was really good were the Hush puppies and they were boiled in over used oil and the tartar sauce. The fish was terrible. .

Excellent service. Quick to get food, order was right. Food was great! Can never go wrong with her fish.

Best fish in town. Light bread, not too salty, perfectly roasted. Friendly service. Dining area a little tight, no imagination. Overall a good place to go.

Delicious dish and more. Family friendly, cozy hometown atmosphere in what used to be a neighborhood bar (they still have the bar, too) and easy to find park at on the Wells Street Corridor. Don't have time to stay eat? They have carryout as well. Think of it as Fort Wayne's year-round Midwestern fish fry with bar service too.
