Arby's Restaurant #5054 - Fort Wayne

These people are awesome. For everyone complaining, if you wanna work, they need people. They are short staffed due to covid. Sometimes only having 1 staff member available. If you can run the whole place alone I wanna see you try. Some of them are working 100 hours a week, dealing with people like you. Trust me, you're not great. Good job guys on trying as hard as you are. Some people are just too selfish or dumb to realize what's going on in the world.

Very delicious food, difficult placing order at drive thru but overall good experience

I recently had a horrible experience at an Arby's location unit store number #5054 in Fort Wayne Indiana.

The arby’s the mcdonald’s up the street are the only two possibilities to the breakfast in this whole morning. it has always been as it seems that this part of the city will never grow. only the problem is that arby’s has been open for at least 4 years now with their posted hours of tomorrow. I'm pretty sure it's still 6:00 a.m. and even at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday not yet open, no lights in the building, no powerful lights on or something. I have noticed this kind of shady practices throughout the city since 2017 and I am flat from it. this is the main reason why I have always stopped getting fast food for the last 3 and 1/2 years because none of these places are ever open on time and they are always extremely early closed for a city with a few hundred thousand people. there is nothing worse than going out of the way to a place that should be open or in some cases say that they are 24 hours, but their clothing before midnight. they see how they are the only other business that served breakfast throughout this whole area you would think you would print money if you were open as if you were supposed to be. Oh, it's another place where I can find my list of places I can never visit because of this exactly the same scenarios. pity other chains do not move into the opposite so that they can make business that get this place earlier when they actually lived up to their posted hours.
