Mcdonald's - Fort Washington

It would be cool if the self-checkout kiosk had a text and/or email reception option if the machine did not have a paper.

Can we please have the McDonalds by the Giant open up again? I have no idea why the Swan Creek location advertises a 24 hour drive thru and no matter what, whenever I go late night, they have cones up to bloc the drive thru. This is basic customer service. They dont want to make money? I cant think of the last time I got service there late night so just dont advertise on it at all.

I came through the drive thru and ordered 10 nuggets and my boyfriend asked for a quarter pounder with cheese meal… we got our bags, and there were no fries. The guy at the window says “you can’t get it as a meal” as his only explanation…for why we have no fries. of course that makes no sense as everyone comes to McDonald’s and gets meals daily… instead of explaining to me that the restaurant stops selling fries after 3:30 am, which still doesn’t make sense as any other McDonald’s just closes to switch to breakfast when it’s time… he begins to argue with me that that makes sense, as if that would make sense to someone who isn’t aware of the policies at this location… rude service from the cashier and from the manager as well who just came and said “we don’t sell fries after 3” and immediately walked away. I’d suggest a different location if you want 1: good service and 2: fries

By far one of the worst McDonald’s out here. If you go thru the drive thru be prepared to spend 40 minutes in there and still get your order wrong

Late night eats after a Halloween bar crawl. there was a long line but it went quickly. the food was nice and hot. there was a slight mix up with the order but quickly corrected at the window. I would visit again, we just don't eat much fast food.
