Domino's Pizza - Fort Washington

Brian Blue(the manager and owner) held my order until the nic of time, due to me requesting garlic sauce, that I previously ordered and never received!! NOT wanted to pay for more and possibly not getting them again, I called and simply requested for them to go with this order. Since the original results were when it happened the manager at the time, Ryan, had told me he would get another driver to bring them to me, which NEVER happened!!! This domino's location knows NOTHING about customer service and it terribly shows!!!!! I don't think there was anything wrong with my request! Especially, since I literally have some type of issue WHENEVER I order from this location!!!!! THE FIRST TIME: 3 out of 5 tops was on my pizza(7/16/20) THE SECOND TIME: Never received garlic sauce (which I literally waited for) (7/23/2020) AND NOW THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! (8/2/2020) YOU ALL LITERALLY HELD MY ORDER TO THE LAST MINUTE!!! HOW DO YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS IN YOUR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE THIS WHEN WE ARE THE ONES THAT LITERALLY HAVE YOU GUYS IN BUSINESS!!! I TIP TWICE, SINCE I, MYSELF WAS ONCE A DRIVER FOR DOMINO'S!!! ARE MY TIPS NOT ENOUGH? I ALWAYS ORDER $20+ IN FOOD!!!! IS IT BASED ON HOW MUCH I SPEND??? BECAUSE I AM SERIOUSLY LOST! THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK TO CHECK ETA (after my order had been over an hour), KIARA, who's on the phones, PUT ME ON HOLD AND NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME!!! YOU ALL ARE LITERALLY MAKING PEOPLE'S FOOD, WE ARE TRUSTING YOU!!! BUT HOW CAN I EVER NOW, ESPECIALLY AFTER THIS!!!! I REALLY WANT THIS TO GET TO THE HIGHEST PERSON IN DOMINO'S, since I know now Brian is actually the owner of this location! SO IF THAT MEANS I HAVE TO CALL WHO I KNOW PREVIOUSLY WORKING FOR DOMINO'S, I WILL!!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE IT IS HIGHLY, WITHOUT A DOUBT..... UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Thi by far is the worst dominos in the area every time I order from this place they either bring me my food cold or my food is eaten over the place to place a delivery order before I called at 11:45 am after my food and I was told that the order would be canceled because they close at 1130 instead of 12 so that they can go at 12 when you should close at 1130 Your operating hours do not say that if you try to achieve management, they either never manageable in the store or never again your messages or calls the staff and mgmt terrible I just order here because it is close to me and not able to leave at home this is the second time that I don't refund my money and hanged on I had enough with this careless franchise and I refuse to spend my money with them

When I called someone who said hello, I asked if the Dominos is? I thought maybe I chose the wrong number and was crashed, but unfortunately it was actually Dominos. I ordered my pizza and when it arrived, it was warm but not hot and the beats appeared as if they were dressed after cooking the pizza. As if they gave me a pizza that someone ordered and didn't pick up and just the toppings I ordered on them and heated them up again. I called back to complain, but no answer. It was close to the closing time. I ordered here before and got good pizza, but it is definitely hit or miss at this point. Once I ordered too late and the pizza never showed up and nobody answered when I called back then.

At 10:17 I have no order yet! I called the store several times without answering why the order has not yet been received. I talked to Demoney at the branch that I felt decapitated and I didn't care that I was waiting for kids to eat. He gave me the GM number, and when he called, of course, there was no answer! I want all my money back and when I asked for confirmation that my refund has been canceled again. I was forced to leave my house after 10:00 to find food for my children in a school night! This is another terrible experience!

Almost consistently excellent deep dish. Once in a blue moon my pie will have thin areas of cheese, but 99% of the time its on point! Dominos also has the best deep dish of any national pizza chain, hands down. Quality-wise, papa John's prides itself in premium ingredients but honestly I find everything from the Italian sausage to bacon to how they cut their onions better at dominos than papa John's. And you gain free pies with their rewards program faster than papa John's. Great folks working at ft Washington location! Order enough and they even start recognizing you when you walk in!
