Charlie's Family - Fort Washington

This Charlie’s isn’t what a remember!!!! Food is Horrible. Just brought a Gryo bread hard as a rock. I called to ask why my bread was hard and was told that’s the way it’s supposed to be! Shame On You. I wouldn’t recommend this place!!

I didn’t order anything went to pick up a DoorDash order, but the lady at the counter was rude and had an horrible attitude. I will never order from here and won’t accept any more DoorDash orders from here either!

The older lady at the counter is so rude. She has a bad attitude over the phone, and when you come in she is so hateful. I’m not sure if she inherited this place but maybe it’s time to give it up! No need to treat people ugly when they are bringing you business.

Since I'm new to the neighborhood, this is my first time eating there. We felt quite welcome and the waiter was very kind. I ordered a Greek moussaka and a pizza, and both arrived hot. Although the pizza lacked a lot of sauce, it was still quite good. I've experienced both good and bad things. The Greek moussaka tasted sweet and was delicious. Will return without a doubt for another visit.

Chs Stk sandwich was REALLY GOOD. But my $5.00 f/fries were old and barely warm. If there's a next time. I guess I have to ask for fresh hot f/fries. O yeah. They switched to bottled drinks. This usually means no free refills. I usually to take-out. I guess I'll do that the next time.
