Whataburger - Fort Walton Beach

My husband and I ordered 60 honey butter chicken biscuits for our wedding in November. This Whataburger went beyond and beyond. They delivered them in time and threw into an additional 20 and a gift card. We were delighted with the customer service for a fast food restaurant!

Good burger, if u order the double, a pattie is not enough for the size of the bungalow?

Extremely slow service and there was hardly anyone there, there were two tables recorded and yet four people stand at the counter, about 3 or 4 minutes away from each other and we wounded all standing together on food, and it is the first time when I go, so it is a consistent thing and not just an accidental kind of thing we were busy... I never understand the everyday excuse, we need more workers that we blah blah blah, but, you still have to be able to destroy the food, no matter what else you need to close the doors, so at the end of the day it doesn't matter what you need or what you don't have if you don't have the ability to knock out the commands in time, and it's best to close your doors because otherwise

I ordered eating online and they let me wait an hour in the car to get it. they had to cook a completely separate order because my eating was cold when I came into the window. there was no way for me to cancel my order and they wouldn't give me the food, even though I saw that they brought food to the driver next to the through window. what a sweat never come with the whataburger app or ever again to whataburger. I will probably never come back to the special whataburger.

Food was five stars. Burgers were great and the fries were hot and crispy. Wife loved her salad. Took away a star for how long it took to get our food and the salads were about 5 min behind the burgers. The younger girl at the register was great, very friendly.
