Mcalister's Deli - Fort Walton Beach

It was a pretty decent sandwich. Had it since our work ordered it. It was my first time I tried the place. The bread was soft, fresh vegetables and the turkey was tasteful. The cookie was the absolutely best part. Crunchy outside, but super soft in the middle. It also came with some Jalapeno chips. I'll come from me for the next time.

Today 7/16. 320pm closed again. The second time tries to go here and it is closed during the advertised operating hours. No way to run a business.

I don't usually make any reviews, but today I went in to eat alone for lunch. I sat in my car before I went in and had a complete anxiety attack (just a bad day). When I pushed out my order, I was in tears at the table. I just want to thank one of your employees, Hailey, for coming to me and rubing my back until I calmed down. She left without a word and went over her business. I'm tired and I can't thank her enough. I needed more than I thought. the food was also amazing!

Every time I order from here that there is always something wrong. This will be my last time. It's never the door to destroy people, it's always the people who work for McAlisters. I was really excited about my Broccoli and Cheddar soup to go with my sandwich, but no. I didn't get my soup, I just got a simple broccoli.

Worst place ever, their manager is rude and the service is the worst. I ordered a salad and I have never seen a restaurant use more old and withered lettuce leaves than they used in my salad and the avocado was even worst, it was very old. Pictures included below, they even put that joint part of the lettuce in my box
