Little Caesars Pizza

Pretty dear Cesar's product. Customer service is sloowwwww. You need more workers I ordered online, was promised at a certain time and had to wait an additional 25min. Not cute, but I waited like a decent nice loyal customer I am. Please rent more people and close 12 at night Geez, which closes at 830 or 9:00.

So here's the deal. My family has now ordered from this place for over a year (this is why I have 2 stars instead of 1) and something really disappointing just happened. My mother ordered 1 pizza, 1 bottle of wings and some crazy bread at 1:13 (they ordered them online) ,it said it would have been ready at 3 p.m. My mother and I were in the store at 3 p.m. We went in and asked how long it will take until the pizza is ready because they weren't ready yet, and the guy didn't say ready yet and went... so we go and get my brother from his school Becuase was time to pick him up. On the way to school we called Little Ceasars at 2:00 and asked when the pizzas we'll be ready and the same guy reacted and asked us... And then he hung up. If we've already done it. The pizzas aren't ready yet. I don't know why the pizzas weren't finished, he obviously didn't want to tell us. I noticed that the same happened to other customers.

Throw all this place away! You never have hot n readys' and you will wait at least 30 minutes even if you order online. Doordash orders are never ready!!!! You have to reorganize the whole crew.

Waited about 5 minutes just because someone acknowledged that I was there and took my order. It was said that 2 pepperoni pizzas were 10-15 minutes, but ended over 30 minutes. Someone came in two orders behind me ordered 3 pizzas and they got their in front of me. Just a reminder of why I'm never here.

This place is a disaster it is run by teenagers, There?s nothing wrong with teenagers provided they have proper training and proper supervision,no supervision no adult on the premises at all times. Half my orders they get right the other half the orders they don?t get, I called it in, they don?t seem to get it, I ordered at the counter and it still don?t seem to get it, so what is a person to do? And I don?t have anything hot and ready for 4-8 at least never that I?ve walked in there.
